Quality Verification
Upload clear images of the product, the invoice, and the outer packaging to help our team verify the claim regarding damage or incorrect delivery.
Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your registered address; please keep the item sealed and ready for our courier partner.
Refund Processing
After the product reaches our warehouse and passes a final quality check, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or Beardo wallet within 5-7 business days.
